Turnaround Times

Edge-to-Edge Quilting: 2–4 weeks, depending on current orders.

Custom Quilting: 5–8 weeks.
Pricing
Edge-to-Edge Quilting: $0.02–$0.0325 per square inch, plus any optional add-ons such as batting, backing, or binding.
For a quick estimate: Length × Width × $0.02
Example: 65 × 85 × $0.02 = $110.50
Additional costs may include batting, binding, and shipping.
Custom Quilting: Priced by complexity and time, typically $0.05–$0.07 per square inch, with more detailed designs reaching $0.15.
Minimum Fee: $50 per quilt, which covers the time and setup required to prepare your quilt for quilting.
Booking Your Spot
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin your project.
Payment Options
We no longer accept payments through our website. We gladly accept cash, check, Venmo, and cards.

What to do now that your quilt is ready for longarming...
Before You Drop Off

Please press your quilt and trim any loose threads.

If your quilt has a specific direction, please mark it with a note or water-soluble marking.

Make sure your quilt top is squared up.

Backing and batting must be larger than your quilt top:

Backing: 4" extra on all sides.

Batting: 3" extra on all sides.

Please fold your quilt top, backing, and batting (if providing) separately.
A Few Friendly Reminders

We cannot guarantee tucks or creases caused by excess fullness in the quilt top.

Additional charges may apply if we need to piece backing fabric to make it large enough for our longarm.

Personalize Your Quilt
Thread Color
Not sure what color to choose? Many customers love matching a color in their quilt or choosing one of the lighter shades. Have a specific color in mind? Just let us know!
We use Isacord 40wt thread. Requests for specialty threads may require an additional charge.
Pantograph Designs
Take a peek at our Panto Library! With over 90 designs to choose from, including florals, feathers, geometric patterns, seasonal designs, and more, there’s something for everyone!
Found a design you love that isn't in our library? We'd be happy to split the cost of purchasing a new design with you!
Fabric & Batting Options
Batting Options
We offer two batting options:

Winline Comfort Blend 80/20 Cotton-Polyester: $12.50 per yard

100% Bamboo: $15.00 per yard
You’re also welcome to provide your own batting! Please note that if it is unsuitable for longarm quilting due to quality, we may need to replace it with our Winline Comfort Blend batting at an additional cost.
Backing Fabric
Need backing fabric? We’re happy to help! We can purchase fabric for you from a local quilt shop. We typically offer cotton wide-back or Minky wide-back options.
Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll help find the perfect fit for your quilt!

Backing & Binding Prep

Piece Backing Fabric: $10 per seam (pattern matching not included).

Piece Binding Fabric: $5 flat fee.
Binding Services
Binding is priced by the linear inch, based on the total perimeter of your quilt.
Example: A 60" × 72" quilt (60 + 60 + 72 + 72) × $0.15 = $39.60
Choose the finish that works best for you:

Machine Bind to Front: $0.15 per linear inch.

Machine Bind to Back: $0.15 per linear inch.

Machine Bind Both Sides: $0.20 per linear inch.

Getting Your Quilt to Us
Local Drop-Offs

Complete our quilt intake form before or at drop-off.

Since we are a home-based business, please schedule an appointment before bringing your quilt.

At drop-off, we'll go over your quilting design, thread color, and any questions you may have.

A $50 deposit is due at drop-off to reserve your spot.
Mail-In Orders

Complete our intake form first. Once submitted and your $50 deposit is received (or arrangements for cash/check are noted), we'll send you shipping instructions.

Please package your quilt top, batting, and backing in a waterproof bag inside a sturdy box to protect them during shipping.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Autumn Blush Boutique.

We'll contact you as soon as your package arrives!
Once Your Quilt Is Finished
We'll contact you with your final balance. Once payment is received in full, we'll carefully package and ship your beautiful finished quilt back to you!
