We're super excited to bring your unique t-shirt designs to life! To make sure we hit the mark with your top-priority shirts, please pin a note on your shirt or jot down the designs that matter most to you. You may also put an "X" with tape over parts that you do not want in the quilt. This will help us keep things organized ensure we create exactly what you want.

We offer convenient options for you, including mail-in services or local drop-off. Choose the method that works best for you!

Browse our library of Pantograph designs to decide what quilting stitch you'd like for your t-shirt quilt.​ We use Isacord 40wt thread to quilt, unless another thread type is agreed upon before starting.

For Local Orders:

• You may complete the form before or when dropping off your t-shirts and $100 non-refundable down deposit is required.

• This is a home business, we ask that you schedule a time with us to drop off your t-shirt quilts. 

• When t-shirt quilt is completed, we will contact you about final price and pick up availability.

• Payment is due at pick up.

For Mail-In Orders: 

• We will send you info for shipping your t-shirts AFTER the form is filled out and $100 non-refundable down deposit is received or noted that it will be in cash or check.

• *Make sure to put your t-shirts in a waterproof bag and in a box, to keep safe with weather conditions and handling. 

• Please note, customer is responsible for shipping cost to & back from Autumn Blush Boutique.

• We will contact you when we receive your t-shirts.

• When t-shirt quilt is completed, we will contact you about final price. 

• Once paid in full, we will then ship your finished t-shirt quilt back to you!
